Gold silver dollar size coin in the plastic case from the Collectors' Convention in 2018 in Cincinnati.   A beautifully minted coin.  Both sides are shown in the photos.  The edge is smooth.

CONDITION:  Coin is BN...case has a few tiny light scratches
