Heavy Plastic Tube Glass (Okito Glass)

Very fancy cut glass type plastic tumbler with a plastic tube the length of the glass inside.
Glass full of colored liquid, you pull out a dry silk to match the color of the liquid.  Another effect:   a glass full of liquid, a silk draped over the top and pushed down thru the liquid with your wand and penetrates the bottom of the glass.
